& Data Processing System
We have exciting news about Hometown FCU you will see beginning August 1, 2022.
The software company we used for the past 30 years announced they would cease operations in December 2022. We have purchased a replacement system that will allow us to use more up to date technology to process transactions such as:
- Opening new accounts and maintaining current account information
- Generate new loans
- Process Teller transactions
- New Online banking system with receipt copies available on-line (You will need to choose a new User ID as your account number will no longer be an option) CLICK HERE FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding the home banking system updates.
- New Mobile app (search for Hometown FCU in the app store) Formerly Perfect Teller
- New Bill Pay system with Person to Person and Account to Account options
While most of the changes will happen behind the scenes, there may be some brief disruptions with debit and ATM cards July 29-31. Please plan ahead for funds for purchases. We will close at 3:00 pm Friday July 29th and also be closed Saturday July 30th to work on the conversion.
Your debit and credit cards will not change, but we will now have information available on both of them in our main system to better access your card information. Most of your current information will be transferred however some items, such as your Photo ID, will need scanned into our new system.
You will see changes to transactions done in the lobby as we are adding thermal printers and electronic signature pads at each teller window to eliminate much of the paper we print. We hope to work quickly to make this change as seamless as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause and thank you for your patience.
Please see information on the new Online banking system on the back of this letter with instructions on how to enroll. Our new app name will be Hometown FCU instead of Perfect Teller. We are working to help current Bill Pay members transfer their information to our new system.

New Mobile Banking App
Now Available! iPhone/iPad/Android app for Mobile Banking. We now offer a Hometown FCU MemberNet app for both Apple and Android Phone users to access MemberNet via your phone! You have to enroll in the Hometown FCU MemberNet via the instructions on a computer and follow the app instructions below to set up mobile banking via the Hometown FCU MemberNet to access your account anywhere!
You will then verify information on your account and hit the store key button to avoid entering it every time. Now you can check you balance and transactions from anywhere (Data charges may apply)
Available from the iTunes store, search for “Hometown FCU MemberNet”. Our Logo will be on the App.
