Sybil has changed!

With the new Home Banking System, The familiar Sybil voice has changed. The new Automated Teller uses the same phone number but no longer has a name.  If you have any suggestions for a new name, let us know.

The Automated Response Teller is a computerized teller that allows you to transact financial business with your phone keypad 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. All you need is your account number and your secret access code.

What Can Automated Response Teller Do for You?

How do I talk to Automated Response Teller?

Using “Automated Response Teller” is easy. As the computer voice asks for information, just use the telephone to enter appropriate numbers. After initial greeting “Automated Response Teller” gives instructions for you to follow. She asks for your account number and your secret access code; remember to hit the # button!

What if I want to talk to my money when the credit union is closed?

No problem. “Automated Response Teller” is available to help you with your financial business 24 hours a day. “Automated Response Teller” is waiting to work around your schedule.

How do I know my money is safe?

You get to set your access code while here in the office.  The access code is confidential and should be kept in a safe place. If your number is lost or stolen, please notify the Credit Union immediately. Never keep your account number and access code together.

If someone should learn your access code, don’t panic. Your funds are still safe. All withdrawal checks will be mailed to your address on file.

Any transfers or loan payments will be within your own account. Each transaction will be reported on your monthly statement. And if you have any problems with your transactions, we are here to help you.

Do I have to remember a lot of numbers?

No. We’ve made it a point to simplify the numbers you have to remember. “Automated Response Teller” will talk you through all your transactions, just listen to her and follow her instructions.
